IT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED THAT NO PERMITS WERE PULLED FOR THE CLUB PROPERTY AT 4666 LORNE CT. THIS MEANS THAT THE $35,000 THE BOARD APPROVED IN 2015 AT THE DIRECTION OF MR. ATTRIDGE  TO REMODEL THIS PROPERTY WAS DONE  WITHOUT ANY PERMITS BEING PULLED. THE BOARD MUST REACT TO THESE VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW. PLEASE DON’T TELL US IT IS OLD NEWS, THEY BROKE THE LAW AND ACTION MUST BE TAKEN BY THE PRESENT BOARD FOR THESE VIOLATIONS. WE NEED TO SEE ALL THE CHECKS MADE OUT FOR WORK DONE AT THIS PROPERTY, IF THEY WERE MADE OUT TO MR. ATTRIDGE THE PRESIDENT AT THE TIME HE IS IN BIG TROUBLE. THIS MAY BE ONE OF THE REASONS LISA AND BRIAN ARE MAKING IT SO HARD TO GET COPIES OF THE CHECKS ISSUED DURING THIS PERIOD.  THE HOUSE OF CARDS IS STARTING TO COLLAPSE AND PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE PRESENT BOARD, BETTER DO THEIR FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY AND INVESTIGATE THIS ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION  ON PIPER OWNED PROPERTY.

THE MEMBERS WHO DID THE REMODELING OF THIS PROPERTY WITHOUT A CONTRACTORS LICENSE OR PERMITS ON 2015 AND 2016 PROBABLE COMMITTED A MISDEMEANOR UNDER FLORIDA LAW.
