THE CHEF SHOULD SEND OUT A NEW MENU EVERYDAY TO ALL MEMBERS OR ON 63. THE MENU SHOULD HAVE FOUR MAIN COURSES, AND SANDWICHES.
NOTHING ELABORATE BUT AT LEASE A CHOICE. THE CLUB NEEDS TO PUBLICIZE THIS CONCEPT AND GET THE RESIDENTS USE TO A DAILY MENU. THIS IS ONE WAY TO SUPPORT THE CLUB AND KEEP SOME EMPLOYEES WORKING. WE SHOULD EXTEND THE HOURS FOR THE KITCHEN FOR SHORT ORDER ENTRYS, NO MAJOR STAFF NECESSARY BUT  SKELETON STAFF, AFTER DINNER HOURS.  EGGS SHOULD BE ORDRED FOR MEMBERS AND PAPER PRODUCTS THOSE ARE THE TWO HARDEST ITEMS TO OBTAIN NOW.  IN GENERAL THE CLUB HAS TO GO ON  A COMMON SENSE APPROACH TO HELPING OUR MEMBERS THESE ARE A FEW OF THISE THOUGHTS.
