There is a rumble that all the purchases and contracts for the building of the club house will soon be under extreme review. This is to determine that all purchases were bid out and that all people who worked on site were legally insured and licensed. There is a big question of why over a million dollars in furnishing were sold to club by a member. There is also several reports from professional buyers in the furniture world that told the club not to buy the furniture it was not rated for the use we were buying it for, this was disregarded and the furniture bought. Reports indicate we bought 90 per cent of furniture from the member at Pipers. WHERE ARE THE BIDS ?
