List of Posts › It appears Ryan and the finance committee fell into a bear trap. Mr K wrote a response that says there are obviously opposing views of the financial situation at Pipers and he strongly disagrees with Ryan so in the best interest of the membership let’s bring in an independent auditor to determine the true financial condition of Pipers. Obviously Brian and Lisa can not be trusted. He agrees to bringing in an independent auditor but will the finance committee ? or does the board want to continue to not allow the membership to see the cancelled checks, bank statements and credit card statements. If the board wants to be truthful they will do a complete audit of the books instead of just the financial statements. My bet is someone is going to jail if it is done and that is why they do not want to disclose the cancelled checks, bank statements and credit card statements.
