I want to see for myself what the true figures are on just how much our manager has received in pay raises and bonuses in the last ten years. I also checked the bylaws those types of increases in pay are suppose to be voted on. I want to see the minutes of meetings where this happen and prove the vote was taken. I do know that 11 years ago the Manager started at $190,000.00 and now is at a $350,000 salary. How did this happen, especially that in this eleven year period our housing values have collapsed to the point where the last condo was sold for ONE DOLLAR at Pipers. How does this correlate,  our housing collapses in value and the man incharge of Pipers goes from  190 to 350, something is not right here.
