MR. HIGHWAY MAN asked 2 weeks ago

I have been building housing tracks for 40 years in New England. I have laid hundreds of miles of road in these tracts, pretty much the same composition as the roads at Pipers. The man who said the roads don’t need any work, has no idea what he is talking about. When roads form cracks it is imperative that those cracks be sealed as soon as possible. The cracks allow water seepage under there pavement which will eventually destroy the integrity of that road and will increase the expense  to fix those roads if they are not sealed  properly in normal maintenance sequences. To the best of my knowledge the maintenance of roads at Pipers has not occurred for years and the cracks are growing all over the property..
