If Brian was terminated WITHOUT CAUSE  he would not get $1M
He gets 1.5X his salary  + the money in his 401K (about $125K)
we are talking his BASE salary which is around $300K
So he would get about  $525K
Good work if you can get it
The BOD has to want to terminate him
Maybe they do, maybe they don’t
If they did want him out they would hopefully make him an offer
Start low at $225K  and go from there
